Job description:
Our Team Leaders each supervise a small team of Event/Reservations Consultants. In addition to providing exceptional service to your own key accounts, you will oversee the workflow, quality of work, and conversion rates for your own team.

Ensuring that every piece of work produced is delivered to the highest possible standard, you will support, mentor, and motivate your team to be the best they can be!

Overview of key responsibilities include:
Provide creative venue finding services to key clients in line with their requirements Develop lasting relationships with your key accounts and suppliers Deliver a high level of customer service and attention to detail Negotiate rates, terms and commission deals with suppliers Allocate and monitor enquiries as appropriate across your team, ensuring company SLAs and response times are maintained at all times Track and discuss team provisionals, offering support and advice to move enquiries onto the next stage, ensure team provisional lists are kept up to date at all times Review your team performance figures with senior team Identify potential growth accounts and work with sales team to target opportunities Look to continually improve product knowledge within your team Represent your team at departmental/company meetings Work with colleagues to build best practice and share ideas
