- Based on over 50 years experience, Brief to Event Solutions will take the brief for your meeting, conference, training course or social event and source the right venue, check availability and negotiate you a discount. Our team regularly visit hotels and venues and research into marketplace trends, ensuring we leave no stone unturned in the pursuit of that elusive perfect venue.
- Using our Client Account facility you can securely logon to the system and view your entire events diary. From there you can open the event; view the brief; track each venue to check the progress; select venues to view for a site inspection and confirm your selected venue.
- Our aim is to complete the search and provide you with a comprehensive venue proposal within 8 working hours showing all venue options; details and quotation; floor plans and any additional special requirements you may have from your venues. With the online tracking and a verbal update after 4 hours you will remain in total control of the search process.
